The Home Lottery features a spectacular $7.4 million grand prize, which includes the magnificent King City Showhome, custom-built by Kingsmore and designed by Erica Gelman Design. The winner also receives $500,000 in cash. The home boasts more than 6,400 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, expansive windows highlighting serene views and manicured landscaping from every angle, plus a sparkling swimming pool in the backyard. The open concept kitchen/family room is designed with an emphasis on layering finishes, textures, and materials to create a dynamic space. The countertops, backsplash, and island are all clad in a striking natural stone, giving the room a cohesive yet luxurious look. The banquette style eat-in dining provides ample seating and creates a functional room divider between the living space overlooking the breath taking four seasons logia. The foyer is the entryway into a sophisticated and luxurious home, highlighting how several different materials can be used together to create a harmonious design. The archways are framed with thick slabs of lilac-veined marble, giving the space a grand and opulent feel. The floor features a bold geometric custom cut pattern made up of large-scale tiles in black, white, and shades of mint. The pattern creates a visual interest, drawing the eye toward the different areas of the space all while keeping the walls soft in color, yet subtle in paneling design. The built-in bench is the moment. A small nook for seating framed with both upholstery and wallpaper and finished with a soft fringe and round custom pillows. The living and dining room spaces are curated with all custom furnishings from the sculptural mohair sofa, the leather lounge chairs to the custom area rug and even the marble vases were carefully selected to complement the existing stones within the space. The rooms are detailed with tone-on-tone wall paneling and yet the living room is accented with a limewash fireplace feature. The dining room, the perfect conversational arrangement with a square table situated directly under a draping black leather fringe chandelier and a silk wrapped dropped ceiling. The finishing touch is the double-sided glass enclosed wine display visible into the kitchen and seen as a feature from the hallway. The primary suite features a dream-sized walk-in closet and a spa inspired Ensuite with a marble clad shower and vanities and a concrete bathtub. The bedroom is cocooned in a textured caramel-colored wallpaper and is offset against a built-in bed wrapped in a two-tone mohair fabric that spans the width of the entire wall. The lower level feels like a state-of-the-art entertainment complex. A private elevator leads to the level, where you step right into the games room and stroll into a cool lounge perfect for hosting or relaxing. Designed with a focus on contemporary style, and nightlife features such a bar, a dining table and a sitting lounge tucked into the perfect candle lit corner. The bar itself is wrapped in a white oak finish with a curve edging and a stone backsplash with striking purple and pink, not-so subtle hues. Grab the popcorn, your favorite snacks at the candy bar and jump into your oversized theatre seating in your private screening room. The black painted walls and matching ceiling let you focus on the 86” LG TV. The large, wall-mounted screen, which dominates the back wall rests in between two dimly lit wall sconces cresting a moody atmosphere. The setup of this private theater is a room not only designed for traditional movie-watching but also for lounging and resting. The seating arrangement is tiered allowing you clear, unobstructed views from either level of your plush, deep blue velvet sofas and built-in tables.
