It was a fun time at Inglewood Day
The Inglewood community came out last Saturday to mark the annual Inglewood Day festivities. As usual, the celebrations started with a parade along the main street of the hamlet. It was led by Andrea Moore and Dan O'Reilly of the Inglewood Schoolhouse Performers.
One interesting attraction was this Zorb Ball, which was brought to the festivities by Michael Chabot AdventureMania. Zachery Pesic, 4, of Brampton was trying to figure out how to get it where he wanted it.
As the 150th anniversary of Canada fast approaches, many people were waving the flags of the occasion, including Oliver Valleau, nine months, who was visiting his cousin Madeline, 2.
There were a lot of representatives of Inglewood Minor Softball on hand to march in the parade.
There was plenty of colour represented in this float in the parade.

There were plenty of contests at Inglewood Day. Ben Michael, 6, of Inglewood was trying to guess how many cookies were in this cookie jar.
