The company's range of equipment includes machines, molds, hot runners, auxiliaries and integrated systems. They also provide added service, such as preform development, factory planning, and system integration and complete asset management. The barbeque took place between noon and 1 p.m. with a massive all-you-can-eat barbeque, featuring BBQ short ribs, halal meat, naan and many different types of salads.  Everything was set up on Husky ‘s campus and featured locally sourced food from Sodexo, a food company that has catered in Husky's cafeterias for the last 22 years. Environmental Health and Safety coordinator Karen Brar has been working at the main Husky campus in Caledon for the last 18 years.  “My coworkers and I look forward to this event every year,” said Brar. The event started as an employee appreciation and eventually grew into a bigger celebration with music and special Canadian guests, such as Joannie Rochette and Rick Hanson (the special guest in 2018), explained Sheryl Briggs, manager at Sodexo, Husky's food service.   Briggs has been an employee at Husky for 25 years and still loves her job as much as she did when she first started.  “It is such a big campus, the BBQ helps get people together who don't normally see each other on a day to day basis,” said Briggs. “And, to eat good food. I run the food service and it is the best food service around.”  Kerri Delmedico, wellness co-ordinator at Husky, said there are five main buildings and 1,196 full-time employees on this campus.  The main Husky campus is located here in Caledon. A Canadian company, the firm also boasts three international campuses, with one each in the Vermont, United States, Luxembourg and Shanghai, China.
