Huskies rock their curling season

The Humberview Huskies want to extend their congratulations to the Heart Lake Secondary School senior boys' curling team.
Heart Lake went on to represent Peel Region at the Ontario Secondary School Athletic Association (OFSAA) provincial finals in North Bay.
Although the Humberview senior boys finished in first place in the Peel North Division, they lost a tight game to Heart Lake in the finals. All in all, it was a great year for both teams, going undefeated for the season, with Humberview taking first place, based on their win points.
Their finals game was the tie breaker, and as in all exciting curling games, was decided by one rock in the final end, with Heart Lake taking this year's Peel championship.
The Huskies totally enjoyed their week at the OFSSA finals in North Bay last season as Region of Peel Champions, and wish “Good Curling” to this year's curling representatives from Heart Lake.

The Humberview Huskies curling team received their medals at the ROPSSAA finals. Seen here are Mr. McLenaghan, Ryan Antiochus, Ethan Mumford, Jonathan Quintal, Mike Triglav, Chris Dywanski, William Gates-Crease and Ms. Quintal.
