The Huskies completed against 10 other schools from all over Peel. Humberview brought a team of eight wrestlers, Nicole French, Adajiah Wilson, Danielle Berno, Ryan Steh, A.J. Wilson, Vivik Daini, Thomas Moody and Liam James. This year's competition was tough, with only four Husky wrestlers making the podium. French and Adajiah Wilson brought home the gold medals. Berno earned a silver for Humberview and Daini placed sixth in his weight class. Steh and James earned fourth and fifth place finishes at Junior ROPSSA. The girls will be heading to Windsor to compete at the provincial level of OFFSSA wrestling championships. Seen here are Berno, Mr. Allan, Adajiah Wilson and French.
