Hot night to close out regular season in IBHL play.


The regular season is in the books for the Inglewood Ball Hockey League, with George's Arena Sports easily taking top spot.
They completed the campaign with a 14-1 record.
Ron's Tire Discounters closed out the race with a win, enabling them to escape sole possession of the cellar in the standings. They ended up tied for third place with Carney Plumbing with 4-10-1 records. Caledon Hills Cycling took second spot with 6-7-2.

Ron's Tire ended the regular season on a winning note to head into the playoffs.
Goal getters for Ron's were Danny Dalkanis (unassisted), Paul Zilstra from Gavin D'Eri and Jed Franco from Tony Sousa.
Carney's lone lamp lighter was Scott Churly from brother Ron and Todd Elson.
George's Arena Sports 9
Caledon Hills Cycling 5
In a penalty and goal filled match, George's took the victory.
Point getters for George's were Anthony Villari, Justin Fiorini, Matt Scida, David Ruffalo, Matt Chiarantano, Chris Della-Morra, Ferdinando Colella, Chris Mete, Nick Franseze and Adam Fraccaro.
Caledon Hills score sheet makers were Ian Dunn, Terry Masters, Kurt Snell, Travis Cassar, Dave Philips, Kyle Dalcin, Peter Anselmi and Peter Christie.
The previous week was a case of the strong getting stronger .
The top two teams both posted wins, enabling them to pull further ahead in the standings.
