Here’s what’s happening in Caledon this Family Day weekend

With the Family Day long weekend approaching, here's a look at what's happening in Caledon.

On Saturday, the Caledon Public Library (CPL) is hosting family story time at its Albion Bolton, Caledon East, and Southfields Village branches. The story times all begin at 10:30 a.m. and run for 45 minutes. 

The CPL will also have drop-in Family Day activities from 1 to 3 p.m. at its Caledon East and Southfields Village branches. 

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Southfields Community Centre, the Town of Caledon, Caledon South Asian Association, and Malton Women Council will host a number of fun activities.

There will be a game of “community clue”, a free sketching workshop, and music and dancing. 

On Family Day Monday, the Town of Caledon's Recreation department is hosting free drop in activities between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Albion Bolton Community Centre, Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness, Caledon East Community Complex, Lloyd Wilson Centennial Arena, and Southfields Community Centre.
