In the other games, Rutherford Global Logistics downed winless Jiffy Lube Oilers 8-5 and Bolton Chiropractic Centre handed Fines Ford Lincoln their first loss of the season; a 7-5 decision. George's 7, Baffo's 5 Bill Doherty had a goal and an assist for George's, while Brett Smith and Ralph Ricardi also scored. George Armstrong chipped in two assists for the winners with singles going to Clark Judge, John Van Wagner, Al McFadyen and Dave Livingston. Bob McHardy scored twice for Baffo's, with single goals coming from James Heenan and Mark Perrin. Rick Agar was the leading points man with three assists, while John Castelucci had two with singles going to Dave Smith, Mike Oliver, Gary Faultless and Brian Samuel. Rutherford 8, Jiffy Lube 5 Paul Speck led the way for Rutherford with two goals and three assists. Ted Callighen added two goals and an assist while Tony Calabro had a goal and two assists. Jim Horan, Don Dupuis and Jim Dunbar each scored once and had one assist. Dave Armstrong had two assists and Dan LaBine had one. Jim Rogers led the way for Jiffy Lube with two goals and an assist, while Luch Pinarello struck with four assists. Joe Palumbo and Ron Sampson both had a goal and an assist with Chris Spilar notching a goal. Bill MacKenzie added an assist. BCC 7, Fines Ford 5 Team sponsor Mike Shore had a big night for the Chiropractors, as he bagged three goals against the short-staffed Fines Ford crew. Nick Taccogna had two goals and two assists, with Steve Tarasco getting a goal and three assists. Ian Kerr had the other Chiropractic goal. Single assists went to Mike Gasparini, Jim Schaefer and Randy Freitag. Bernie Tisdale and Jeff Boyles scored two goals each for Fines, with Tisdale adding an assist. Peter Coghill had the other goal for Fines with Bruno Fracassi notching three assists.
