Title: Editorial — Don’t be a hooligan

Toronto baseball fans have at least one more chance this season to watch their Blue Jays in action at home (and we of course hope there will be more than one).
But let us not have a repeat of that ugly incident Tuesday night, in which some moron threw a can of beer at Baltimore Orioles outfielder Hyun Soo Kim. Such antics are reprehensible, be it at a sporting event or anywhere in public.
Fortunately, the missile missed, Kim was not injured and his mind was enough on his job that he made the catch.
But this has become a talking point throughout the Toronto area, and we suspect in Baltimore too. The achievement of the Jays deserves to be celebrated and that should not have to be muted because someone in the stands elected to act like a jerk.
Let us all enjoy another post-season ride with Jays, remembering a whole continent is watching.
