Credit Valley Conservation hosting second Ask the Expert event

Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) is hosting its second live, online Ask the Expert event.
In the comfort of your own home, learn about which land area is regulated by conservation authorities, why and what it means to you. Post your questions and get your answers from CVC Regulations Officer Ken Thajer.
Log onto the Countryside Stewardship Connection (www.csconnection.ca), an online discussion forum, Sept. 23 from 8 to 8:45 p.m. to be a part of a real-time discussion. If you are wondering about development on your property, placing fill, making changes to water courses or any matters related to regulated landscapes, this is your chance to ask the tough questions.
“The live discussion on the Countryside Stewardship Connection is a unique way for landowners to directly access the expertise and knowledge of local experts,” said CVC Deputy CAO and Director of Watershed Transformation Mike Puddister. “We encourage landowners to become members and take advantage of the information and resources we offer.”
The Countryside Stewardship Connection is an online discussion forum for rural landowners living in the Credit River watershed. It is a community-based platform where landowners can ask questions, share information, post and map stewardship projects and find out about upcoming local events. With more than 100 members, the Connection is a great place to meet neighbours and share information.
Participants must be a member of the Connection and be logged on to post questions. Membership is free and it only takes a few minutes to enroll.
Become a member today and be a part of the discussion. Visit www.csconnection.ca to join.
