			<content-encoded><![CDATA[Regarding the exclamation by Councillor Gord McClure (Citizen, Oct. 6): “We've got two councillors blowing off wind and I'm sick of listening to it:”
Unless McClure was voted in as dictator, it is his job to listen to diverse opinions of fellow councillors who act on behalf of their constituents. And if he is sick of it, he ought to do the right thing and relinquish his position.
