Title: Caledon East man shot and killed in Clinton

Huron County OPP are looking into the shooting death of a man from Caledon East Saturday.
Police report Donato Frigo, 70, was shot shortly after 5 p.m. in the area of the Hullett Wildlife Conservation Area near Clinton. Their investigation has determined that the victim and a female were riding horses in the area when an unknown male approached them and shot the victim. The female sustained minor injuries but was able to get to a place of safety.
Police added a number of OPP resources have been brought in to assist with the investigation, including the West Region Emergency Response Team and the West Region Forensic Identification Services.
The investigation is continuing.
