Caledon Concert Band presents Viva ItaliaCaledon Concert Band will be presenting a live music event at Caledon Community Complex this Sunday (Oct. 29). Viva Italia: Film, Opera and Romance will start at 2 p.m. It will be an eclectic mix of legendary melodies from Italian film and culture, such as O Sole Mio, Nessun Dorma, Funiculi Funicula, La donna e mobile, Barber of Seville, Marriage of Figaro and the Wedding Tarantella. Enjoy great Italian movies, Cinema Paradiso and Rocky. Tickets will be available at the door. They will be $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors and kids 12 and younger will get in for free with an adult. Group Rates and reserved tables are available online at www.caledonconcertband.ca Proceeds will support the Caledon Concert Band Association Scholarship Program and music development opportunities within the community. Interested musicians are welcome to join rehearsals each Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Caledon Community Complex Hall B. For more information, contact Andy at 416-276-7852. |
