BrightStart Caledon Family Centre announced its new Development Officer on September 18.

Glenn Coulson is the newest addition to the BrightStart Caledon Family Centre and will be responsible for leading BrightStart Caledon's fund development strategy. He will also be responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships within the Caledon community, 

Coulson assumed his role on September 14 and is looking forward to working with the team at BrightStart Caledon, working towards leading their fund development strategy, and ensuring it has a successful execution.

Coming into this new role, Coulson brings more than 20 years of experience working as a senior fundraising and donor strategy leader, building sustainable revenue through a variety of fund development channels.  

“We look forward to working with Glenn as we work to grow and diversify resources to fulfill the centre's mission and deepen our impact,” says Teresa Colasanti Executive, Director at BrightStart Caledon. “In a year that has seen a strategic plan update and a refreshed fund development strategy, it's exciting to bring someone with Glenn's deep skill set and enthusiasm on board. 

BrightStart Caledon is a non-profit charitable organization that has been part of the Caledon community since 1987. 

Its main goal is to provide a safe, inclusive and engaging space for parents, children, and caregivers alike to connect and learn. 

BrightStart Caledon offers a variety of free high-quality programs and services for all while promoting positivity for children and giving families the opportunity to connect with each other and give access to resources.
