Mayfield Secondary School
Jotam Chouhan
This Grade 9 student made her most recent athletic contributions as a point guard on the junior girls' basketball team, which recently ended its season. She's hoping to play soccer and volleyball later this year. Away from school, she plays rep soccer for Saltfleet Explosion in Stoney Creek. The 14-year-old lives in Caledon with her parents Jessie and Lucky Chouhan.

Katherine Plaja
This 17-year-old has helped the school's flag football team make the playoffs as a running back in its first year of operation. She also plays left wing on the school's soccer squad. In the community, she used to play soccer in the Mississauga Falcons organization. The Grade 12 students lives in Orangeville with her parents Fernanda and Armando Plaja.

St. Michael Catholic Secondary School
GianLuca Celenza
The Grade 12 student was a wide receiver for the school's senior football team, contributing a couple of touchdowns to the cause. He has also played defender on the school soccer team and forward in hockey. In the community, he plays soccer for the Winstars Academy in Woodbridge and used to play hockey in the Caledon Hawks organization. The 17-year-old lives in Bolton with his parents Franca and John Celenza.

This 15-year-old has been a busy athlete, helping the junior girls' basketball team make it to the quarter-finals on the wing, playing setter in volleyball and centre-mid in soccer. In the community, she plays basketball in the Oakville Vytis organization and soccer for the Mississauga Falcons. The Grade 10 student lives in Bolton with her parents Sharanne and Frank Kernohan.
