April 19 — Yuk Yuk’s coming to Caledon for CPCC

Caledon Parent-Child Centre (CPCC) is bringing comedy to Caledon as they present their ninth annual Laugh Out Loud event, a charity fundraiser, for ladies only, to be held April 19.
Yuk Yuk's is taking their show on the road and transforming the Royal Ambassador Events Centre into a comedy club for an exclusive, one-night event.
“Laugh Out Loud has become the quintessential girls' night out. We look forward to hosting another upbeat evening of comedy featuring the hilarity of Yuk Yuk's headliners Jeff Elliott and Pete Zedlacher,” explained CPCC Manager of Community Relations and Volunteers Teresa Colasanti. “We've made some exciting changes this year, including a move to a more spacious venue and a lavish antipasto bar and waffle station. We hope this format will provide guests with a more relaxed atmosphere for mingling and the viewing of our exceptional silent auction.”
“Each year women look forward to this fantastic evening, knowing that they are also supporting programs and services that strengthen families and help children reach their full potential,” added CPCC Executive Director Maureen Thornton.
Tickets for Laugh Out Loud are available in advance only for $75 and are now available for purchase at Caledon Parent-Child Centre or Scotiabank in Bolton. Proceeds of tickets purchased at Scotiabank will be matched for donation to the event of up to $5,000. For detailed event information, call the CPCC at 905-857-0090 or visit www.cp-cc.org
The evening is being sponsored by Garden Foods, Fines Ford Lincoln Sales and Service, MEI International Academy, R.B. Somerville, TD Commercial Banking, Sensory Garden Child Development Centre and SNAP Caledon.
Proceeds will benefit programs that strengthen families, including infant development and parenting support. Last year, CPCC provided quality programs and support services for 5,170 children, parents and caregivers in Caledon and the surrounding areas. The Centre is a registered charitable organization that provides an important blend of services that strengthen families and assist them in their critical role of raising young children. Services include child development opportunities, early identification of developmental concerns, referrals to specialized services and supports, and parenting education.
