100 WOMEN CONTRIBUTE TO SHELTER

April Nash (left), director of Choices Youth Shelter, recently received a cheque for $7,425, a donation from Barb O'Handley (right) of 100 Women Who Care Caledon. The donation will go toward renovating the shelter's bathroom and flooring. According to their website, Choices Youth Shelter's mission statement is to “be a safe and supportive resource within Dufferin County that offers homeless youth, 16 to 24 years of age, an alternative to living on the street and supports their transition to a more productive and brighter future.”
