New church opening in Caledon East

The House on the Rock Church will be holding its first service at the Caledon Community Complex June 1, starting at 4 p.m.
Pastor Dennis Glazier said it’s a different kind of church, with the plan to be involved in outreach work. As well, they plan to be involved in the neighbourhood, helping those in need and offering resources to families.
He said they are hoping to attract congregation members, and are also looking for musical talent. “The music will be more praise music,” he said.
