Cappuccino Bakery comes to Bolton

Written By ALYSSA PARKHILL

Last month, Andrea Agostino and her husband Andrew opened up Cappuccino Bakery in Bolton.

Agostino's family has owned and run the Nobelton Cappuccino Bakery for the past 17 years, but has been in this field of work since 1983. Andrea has always worked alongside him, making her the perfect fit to run the new Bolton location.

The location was previously known as Four Corners but became vacant for several weeks, and Agostino felt it was a great opportunity to follow in her family's footsteps but opening her own Cappuccino Bakery.

Agostino found that members of the Bolton community were consistently travelling to Nobelton to indulge in its delicious coffee and baked goods, sandwiches and pasta. The Cappuccino Bakery has been the talk of the town since their opening on Jan 13.

“A lot of people come to Nobelton from Bolton, so this really makes it's more convenient,” explained Agostino.

Their favourite part about running the Cappuccino Bakery is getting to interact with members of community and meeting new people.

“Really getting know different people. You meet a variety of people in this business, and it's fun,” said Agostino.

This coming Valentine's Day, the Cappuccino Bakery is creating customized cookie grams that customers can personalize to give to their loved ones on Valentine's Day.

The Cappuccino Bakery is located at 28 Queen St. North in Bolton, open from 7 a.m. to 8p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sunday.
