They're located at 256 Queen St. S. “The landlord is a friend of mine,” said Shiv Ratti. “One day he came to me and told me he has a store that is going to be empty. It was Naked Café.” Ratti is the owner of other shawarma restaurants in Brampton, Milton and Toronto on Dixon Rd and Carlingview Dr. He said he uses all home-made recipes and sauces. “The first store I opened was in 2011 in Brampton,” said Ratti. “It was doing very good and then in 2015 I opened in Milton. It's very busy. People love my food, shawarma and sauces, so I say why not try in Bolton?” Ratti worked as a manger in Bolton previously and knows the area well. He was intrigued when his friend said there was a vacancy, so he decided to take a look of the location and then open his restaurant.  “I love cooking. I can work 24 hours,” said Ratti. “I have a regular shawarma wrap, and one is a fully loaded shawarma,” said Ratti. “You can put anything you want in the Pita with the sauces and I have a butter chicken shawarma.   “They love the food. They are recommending it to other people and they are coming too.” Indeed, The Shawarma Corner has many positive reviews with 4.6 starts out of 5.  “I've been living on the north hill for 20 years, and this is hands down the best shawarma spot in Bolton,” wrote Jeremy Quintieri. “Food is fresh, prices are great, you can't go wrong eating here.” Another customer said he took the drive to Bolton for lunch and will make the drive again.  “I had the chicken shawarma dinner had to skip dinner flavourful hearty serving great atmosphere,” said Robert Steele. Ratti said he plans to hire more people later on. “I will hire soon,” said Ratti. “Right now, it's me and my younger brother. We work open to close because I need to run this business. After that, I'll need to hire two or three people.” He however has no plans to expand the menu at this time, but may consider it at a later date. “Not right now, because I'm focusing on the shawarma right now,” said Ratti. “I want to give them a perfect taste or maybe I'll add an ice cream or smoothies.” The Shawarma Corner is open Monday to Saturday from 10:45 a.m. to 9 p.m. and open Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. --------------------------------------------------- Images: --------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------- Post date: 2019-05-09 11:24:49 Post date GMT: 2019-05-09 15:24:49 Post modified date: 2019-05-09 11:24:56 Post modified date GMT: 2019-05-09 15:24:56 ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Export of Post and Page as text file has been powered by [ Universal Post Manager ] plugin from www.gconverters.com
