A Caledon East business celebrated their 13th anniversary recently.

Core Solutions Physiotherapy and Wellness provides detailed and advanced assessment and treatment techniques helping their clients get back to work, life and sport. Their Caledon East location is at 15955 Airport Rd. Suite 101.

“We’re thrilled and very proud to be celebrating 13 years in business. From the beginning, we have created something quite special, said James DeSanto, co-founder and physiotherapist of Core Solutions Physiotherapy and Wellness in a news release.

“The landscape has changed so much over the years and we’ve had to adapt our services to suit the needs of our loyal clients. We have wonderful people working at Core who truly want to make our client get better.”

Core solutions treats neck pain and headaches, back pain and sciatica, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, hand, wrist and elbow pain, neurological disorders, balance training, arthritis, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, back stiffness, disc herniations and signal stenosis among many other injuries.

They help their clients by providing physiotherapy, manual therapy, massage therapy, acupunc-ture, dry needling, pelvic health rehabilitation, athletic therapy and sports tapping and other ways of treatment.

Core solutions provides hands on physiotherapy care. An experienced physiotherapist will meet the client one-one-one without the use of assistants. The physiotherapist will conduct an inter-view and a thorough physical evaluation. This directly follows short treatment for the patient to immediately benefit from their experience.

Treatment itself can vary depending on the type of injury that is presented. This may involve education on the injury and how to optimize recovery, manual therapy and modalities such as ultrasound treatment and acupuncture, and an individual exercise program.

The business was founded by Michael Boni, James DeSanto and Andrea Prieur in 2005. They have grown from just three at its creation to triple figures at its facility.

“Our continued success has been down to our unique culture reinforced every day by a wonder-ful team. It takes a special kind of person to work here,” said DeSanto.

Their group of therapists and a circle of skilled administration staff are dedicated to their cli-ent’s needs.

They serve the Caledon East, Caledon Village, Inglewood, Cheltenham, Brampton, Bolton, Orangeville, Schomberg, Tottenham, Palgrave, Mono Mills, Beeton, Bond Head, Pottageville, Nobleton King City and the Greater Toronto Area. Their Schomberg location is at 6048 Highway 9, Suite 13.

Core Solutions Physiotherapy works with a diverse portfolio of clients, creating rehab programs for anyone young and older, and in all types of injuries from post-operative care all the way to Olympic athletes.

“We have reached this key milestone by believing in who we are, by being courageous to adapt to an ever-changing world and by listening to what our clients want. I think this puts us in a strong position to continue our success in the future,” said DeSanto.
