Title: MAKING BLANKETS FOR THOSE IN NEED

A group has been gathering at Caven Presbyterian Church in Bolton to create blankets for the less fortunate, as part of their Canada 150 project. The work has involved the Caven Ladies' Fellowship Group, Rosedale Needle Workers from Brampton and the Circle of Friends (knitters from Christ Church Anglican in Bolton) creating red and white squares to be assembled into blankets to be distributed within the community. Those assembled at the church recently included Diana Romanyk, Rev. Jeremy Lowther, Janet Dobson, Isabelle Bottoms, Donna Irvine and Esther Darlow.Photo by Bill Rea
