Construction work took quite a lot longer than had been expected, but Old Church Road, between Regional Road 50 and Duffys Lane has finally reopened. Councillor Jennifer Innis said there were a number of factors that led to the delay in reopening the road, including last year's unusually wet summer and the discovery of more work that needed to be done.
