Palgrave tree lighting Saturday

The Rotary Club of Palgrave are inviting the community out for the annual Community Tree Lighting ceremony this Saturday night.
It will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Stationlands Park, near the corner of Regional Road 50 and Brawton Drive.
The evening will include a tour of the lights in Palgrave, along with carols being sung with the choir from Palgrave Public School.
Sarah’s Tree, donated to the community in memory of Sarah Thomas and cancer victims around the world, will be lit at 6 p.m.
The event will also include a visit by Santa Claus.
