Extended hours end at Community Recycling CentresPeel Region has announced that the extended hours at the six Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) have ended. As of Nov. 1, the hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays at the Bolton CRC and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays at the Caledon CRC. The Brampton and Heart Lake CRCs are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., as are the Battleford and Fewster CRCs in Mississauga. Peel's CRCs offer residents an opportunity to donate reusable goods, recycle acceptable materials, and dispose of household hazardous waste and garbage in a safe, environmentally friendly and efficient manner. |
