Residents put on their running shoes recently and were out to take part in Terry Fox Runs, held in Palgrave and Bolton. Proceeds from the events went toward cancer research. Scott Skimming (far right) of 310 Running was leading the warm-up in Palgrave.

Bolton Kinsmen once again hosted the run in Bolton, providing lots of goodies, including Timbits. Kin Howard Phee was watching as Victoria Saccon, 5, and her brother Luciano, 6, helped themselves.

Ernie Sury of Bolton and his daughter Rosemary were making their way along the course, accompanied by Jules.

The Palgrave run took place on the Caledon Trailway, and was hosted by the Rotary Club of Palgrave.
