Paul Born, a top community engagement leader, was the key speaker recently at a workshop held jointly by Tamarack and Caledon Community Services (CCS) at Caledon Equestrian Park in Palgrave. The Tamarack Institute operates out of the University of Waterloo, and Born said he was trying to bring people together to take stock of the community. “It's taking stock of the value of community in your life,” he said.
