Police investigate multiple thefts from vehicles

Officers from Caledon OPP are currently investigating cases of 36 vehicles that have been broken into.
Between March 23, and April 4, 36 parked vehicles, located in mainly rural areas within Caledon, were entered by a person or persons. The thief or thieves entered the vehicles through unlocked doors and in some cases gained access to the vehicles after first opening unlocked garage doors. Cash and other valuables were stolen from a number of these vehicles.
Police are asking anyone who may recognize the individual in the accompanying photograph, or have information about these thefts, to contact Detective Constable Steve Linton at Steven.Linton@opp.ca, or by phone at 905-584-2241.

Police are reminding all residents to lock unattended vehicles, remove any valuables from them, and report any suspicious activity or suspicious persons in the area.14-opp
