Mayfield Secondary School Robert Morton This Grade 10 student plays small forward, power forward and centre on the junior boys’ basketball team. “We’re winning some games . . . pushing through and working hard,” he said. He also played middle on the junior boys’ volleyball team, which won most of its games. As well, he played rugby for the school last year, and is thinking of going out for it again. Away from school, he plays rep basketball in the Orangeville Hawks’ organization. The 15-year-old lives in Belfountain.

Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School Paige Doyle This 17-year-old was captain of the school’s flag football team. They made it to the quarter-finals with her playing defence and rusher. She is planning to go out for track and field in the spring, specializing in the triple jump and hurtles. Away from school, she’s a member of 310 Running in Bolton and is a ski instructor at Mansfield Ski Club. The Grade 12 student lives in Inglewood.

Hockey is his only sport at school, as well as in the community, as he plays AA hockey for the Caledon Hawks’ organization. “That’s all I really like,” he said. The 17-year-old lives in Bolton.
