Mayfield Secondary School
Ian McCaffrey
This 15-year-old was quarterback on the junior football team, which compiled a 3-3 record this season. He passed for two touchdowns over the campaign. He said he’s looking forward to playing senior next year. He’s also planning to play baseball in the spring, playing right and centre fields, and pitching. In the community, he plays elite baseball in the Mississauga Tigers’ organization. The Grade 10 student lives in Brampton.

Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School
Luke Fior
The Grade 12 student plays off side for the varsity volleyball team, which compiled a 5-2 record, including taking the first Caledon Cup. He also played Tennis at school last year, along with running the 400-metres in track and field, and baseball. In the community, he plays in the Caledon Soccer Club. The 17-year-old lives in Caledon East.

St. Michael Catholic Secondary School
Conor Natione
This 14-year-old is a defenceman with the school’s varsity hockey team, which has won the first two games of the new season, and he was named MVP in one of them. He said he’s thinking about going out for football next year. Away from school, he plays AAA hockey with the Brampton 45s. The Grade 9 student lives in Bolton.

Humberview Secondary School
Colton McConnell
The Grade 12 student was an outside linebacker on the senior football team, but he’s currently involved in tryouts for the senior basketball team. He’s also planning to play senior rugby in the spring. Away from school, he played rugby over the summer in the Aurora Barbarians’ organization. Thde 17-year-old lives in Bolton.
