Headwaters Arts Festival is back for another year

The 2015 edition of the Headwaters Arts Festival was launched Saturday evening with a reception at the Alton Mill Arts Centre. The evening featured good food and entertainment, along with a variety of exhibits of artistic creations. The Festival runs until Oct. 4. Go to headwatersarts.com for more information. Gary Wright of the Hockley Valley area won the Jurors’ Choice award for best 3D creation.
